Privacy Policy
How CyberVeyl handles personal information collected through this website.
Who we are
- Identify the business, its registered address once it exists, and how to contact it about data protection matters.
What information we collect
- The contact form collects: full name, work email, company name, an optional website address, team size, service of interest, and the message itself.
- State whether anything is collected automatically by your hosting provider, such as server logs or IP addresses.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis
- Explain that details submitted through the contact form are used to respond to the enquiry, and nothing else.
- Identify the lawful basis you rely on — for most enquiry forms this is legitimate interests or steps taken prior to entering a contract.
How long we keep it
- State a specific retention period for enquiries that do not become client work, and what happens to records for those that do.
Who we share it with
- Name every third party that processes the data. Currently: Cloudflare (hosting and the contact form endpoint) and Resend (email delivery for enquiries submitted through the form). Add your mailbox provider, and any scheduling tool, once those are live.
- Note that these providers store data outside Nigeria, and state what safeguards apply to those transfers.
Client engagement data
- Security testing produces sensitive findings about client systems. Describe how reports and evidence are stored, who can access them, and when they are destroyed.
Your rights
- Set out the rights available to people in the jurisdictions you serve, and explain how someone exercises them.
Cookies and analytics
- This website currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind.
- If that changes, this section must be updated first — and any non-essential cookies will require consent before they are set.
Contact
- Give the address people should use for privacy questions or complaints, and name the supervisory authority they can escalate to.
